Thanks to In-Mold technology, it is particularly lightweight and stable. The FIDLOCK® magnetic closure makes fastening the strap intuitive and secure, the strap adjuster allows for easy and precise adjustment of the strap length, while the stepless adjustment system with rotary dial ensures an individual fit. The removable and washable inner padding and the integrated insect guard ensure optimal hygiene and airflow. The short, removable visor rounds off the look. Eine wirklich tolle Marke mit sehr guten Produkten. Toller Helm der sich wunderbar tragen lässt auch bei warmen Temperaturen. Ich war bisher wirklich kein Helmträger beim Fahrrad fahren. Aber mit diesem Helm gewöhnt man sich sehr schnell daran.

Ich versuche hier so ausführlich wie möglich meine Erfahrungen mit dem Hersteller und dem gekauften Helm wiederzugeben:

Ich bin weltweit auf der Suche nach einem Helm mit umfassenden Sicherheitsfeatures für E-Bike und E-Scooter gewesen – und beim deutschen Unternehmen KED Ahead nach langer, ausgiebiger Suche fündig geworden. 🤗

Der Fahrradhelm Mitro UE-1 erfüllt die anspruchsvolle Norm NTA-8776 für E-Bike Helme ✅, da dieser an den Seiten und am Hinterkopf technisch hochwertig verstärkt ist.

Darüber hinaus nutzt er das renommierte Mips-System ✅, welches im Falle eines Unfalls die seitlichen Rotationskräfte auf das Gehirn erheblich mindert.

Ebenso hat KED Ahead auch bei diesem Helm das weltweit führende BOA-System ✅ zur Größenanpassung an die Kopfform integriert, welches einen entscheidenden Vorteil bezüglich Sicherheit & Komfort gegenüber den üblichen Systemen anderer Helmhersteller bietet.

Last but not least ist sogar der führende magnetische Kinnriemenverschluss von Fidlock ✅ integriert, welcher ein präzises & sicheres Verschließen des Kinnriemens gewährleistet.

In den letzten Wochen habe ich den Helm bei verschiedenen Wetterbedingungen mit dem E-Scooter testen können und bin begeistert, wie luftig dieser aufgrund des Venturi-Systems ist, trotz kaum sichtbarer Luftlöcher. Erst als ich mit dem E-Scooter liegen geblieben bin (Akku leer) und diesen 10km mehrfach bergauf in Wald- und Feldwegen schieben musste, kam die Durchlüftung – und insbesondere ich selbst mit meinen 50+ Jahren – an ihre Grenzen. Hier wäre der KED Pector MTB-Helm – mit den selben Sicherheitfeatures – vorteilhafter.

Auch bei Regen hat sich der Helm positiv bewährt, da der Mitro-UE1 auf dem Oberkopf keine großen Luftlöcher wie die typischen MTB-Helme hat, da diese sich geschützt am Vorderkopf und Hinterkopf befinden.☺️

Positiv hervorheben möchte ich auch den schnell erreichbaren telefonischen Kundensupport ✅.
Ich bin etwas empfindlich am Unterkiefer bezüglich Kinnriemen und habe auch öfters Barthaare im Verschluss eingeklemmt.
Lösung: Fidlock Komfort Polster ✅, welches als Zubehör im KED Onlineshop direkt erhältlich ist.

Jetzt bin ich restlos glücklich mit meinem neuen Helm und kann sicher geschützt und dabei komfortabel & bequem durch Stadt, Land & Natur fahren. 👍🏻
