Final assembly of the Made in Germany models also takes place in Germany. Here, individual parts, adjustment mechanisms, shell and comfort components are brought together to form the finished helmet. No interfaces, no loss of control.
Even the smallest injection-molded parts are produced and tested in Germany. Feel, fit and reliability are also created where small details meet the same standards as the big ones.
