Grow with Spark: four new colors for the Meggy Spark

Kindergarten children become school children. And sometimes a favourite helmet is allowed to look a little more grown up. That is exactly why the KED Meggy Spark gets four new matt Grown-Up Colours: Royal Red, Midnight Blue Matt, Mocha Mouse Matt and Meggy Spark Black Matt.

The calmer shades suit the way to school, the first bike of their own and children who choose their style with growing confidence. The motto: Grow with Spark.

Four new matt looks

• Royal Red brings a clear, strong red to the Meggy Spark.
• Midnight Blue Matt goes for a deep blue with a calm presence.
• Mocha Mouse Matt feels warm, understated and modern.
• Meggy Spark Black Matt is the pared back choice for anyone who likes it plain.

All four colours were developed specially for primary school children. Their matt surface gives the Meggy Spark a more grown up look without losing its friendly character.

Grow with Spark: a fit for several school years

It is not only the look that grows with them. With the KED NEO adjustment system, the Meggy Spark adapts precisely to the head shape. The 360° head ring wraps all the way around the head, and the individual height adjustment brings the system into the right position.

That way the helmet can be readjusted flexibly and stay with children for several school years. For parents it is easy to handle, for children the helmet sits comfortably and safely.

Proven protection, new style

Underneath the new colours sits the proven Meggy Spark concept: in-mold technology, a reinforced area at the back of the head and sturdier side sections. Eight vents, an integrated insect net and the soft, washable Keddy inner padding provide comfort on the daily school run and on longer family rides.

High mounted reflectors support visibility. For rides at dusk there is also an optional, removable LED rear light.

Made in Freiberg and available now

The Meggy Spark is made in Freiberg am Neckar. The four new Grown-Up Colours are already in the current range and, thanks to ongoing production, can be ordered and delivered straight away.
